Ok, remember the vintage round brooch from yesterday’s blog? Well, now it is the centerpiece of a new Emerald Necklace that I created today.
I got excited this morning and decided after cleaning the brooch that I needed to make it into a necklace right away. I found some beautiful czech glass crystals and added adventurine rounds to brass chain to make this royalty inspired design. It reminds me of something you would see worn at a ball by a princess and I love the different colors of green and emerald.
I guess tomorrow I need to take some quality pictures and get this on Etsy. I really like how it turned out and cannot wait to work with the other brooch that I found yesterday. I am having so much fun with these vintage pieces.
