Maybe this list would be quicker if I listed things I would NOT like to find in a Thrift Store…Keith and I love to hunt and we are always looking for:
- Vintage postcards and trade cards, or Ephemera
- Primitive furniture
- Silverplate Silverware
- Glass Frogs – and the metal pointy ones, too
- Chintz china in Pansy or Lorna Doone
- Cake Plates and other crystal pieces
- Neat stuff for the garden – old planters, things to decorate with, old wrought iron fence
- Old Advertising
- Old Cookbooks
- Old Holiday Decorations
- Yelloware
- Graniteware
- Vintage Jewelry, especially brooches or earrings that I can transform into new jewelry pieces
- Romantic England Dishes
- Old linens
