I am still taking advantage of my OLW Opportunity, completing my daily photo challenge on Instagram. Today I used a prompt from a list by hiyapapayamommy which happened to be words.
I had another picture ready to use today that had nothing to do with this prompt, but the prompt kept nagging at me all day. Words….words….it was a great prompt but how could I use that for a picture that had meaning to me and would record a part of my life?
Well, the drive home from work was all I needed to clear my mind and figure it out. This verse, 1 John 4:7 came to mind and I began to envision how I wanted to convey these words in my photograph for today.
I took a picture of the verse from my Bible. Then in my Rhonnadesigns app I selectively highlighted the verse using a mask and added the word Love above and below the verse. I saved it and then went to my Phonto app and used the inverse filter to change it to blue and added my 9/365 text.
That was it. Kind of simple but very meaningful to me. I think Love is probably one of the greatest words I know and this verse is a favorite of mine. Love conquers all, cures all, embraces all, inspires all.
