You cannot imagine my surprise today when I looked out the window and saw this huge Northern Barred Owl sitting on a branch in the lower part of our garden. He was huge and was so fun to watch. He sat there for quite some time and we were able to watch him as he was scouting the area. He did the famous head turn and even was watching me as I was taking his picture. It was amazing to see him in our yard. I hope he stops by again. If not, at least I was able to capture a pretty good shot. Thanks for stopping by Mr. Owl.
